Heading to Chicago yet again

Hey all,
So I've been bouncing around the country a little bit as of late and this weekend I am headed back to Chicago again for a couple days. I make no promises as to music stuff, but things tend to happen when I'm out there so if new recordings miraculously appear as a result of the trip, rest assured I will put them up here. Also, I just went to a really really cool workshop about gender and gender roles, regulations and stereotyping, and it was a lot of fun, so I guess if you have any extra thinking time in your life, think about how gender affects you. Hurray for gender! Also happy belated birthday to my sister, and, on another completely unrelated note, a recipe:

Delicious Lunch of Some Favorite Things from Mexico

Take yellow mustard and mayonnaise and mix them together on two slices of bread (not too thickly; that would be gross.) Toast the slices of bread for optimum deliciousness. Slice some cheese if you want and put it on one of the slices (I like it without but some people like a more full-feeling sandwich). Also slice tomatoes and avocados thinly and put them on it. You can add ham or turkey if you eat ham or turkey. Close the sandwich. Fill a glass 1/4 full of lemon juice, add a little lime juice, and add about 6 big spoonfuls of sugar and mix it up, then fill the rest of the glass with water. Squirt lime juice on a bunch of peanuts and then sprinkle a little red pepper on them. Slice up a mango. Put everything on a plate and eat it.

This recipe is actually added for the benefit of the friends I made at Hampshire College, who seemed to really like my ideas about food and told me they would go to my website if I put recipes on it. I promise more will be forthcoming, but if you think my ideas about food are dumb or bad, feel free to ignore the random recipes as you see fit. Peace.
